Scottish economic growth is outstripping growth across the UK
In the first three months of 2018, Scotland’s economy grew by 0.4 per cent – compared to 0.2 per cent across the UK. Growth outstripped the UK rate over the past year too. Get the facts on Scotland’s economy here.
Employment is up and unemployment is down

Business R&D jobs in Scotland are up 72 per cent under the SNP

Scotland’s new back-to-work schemes have supported 5,527 people
With new devolved employability powers, transitional employment schemes for disabled people and people with long term conditions were set up in April 2017.
